- Mindfulness, Breath and Grounding -

This Mini-Retreat Workshop is designed for everyone - make some time for yourself, support your healing, re-charge, create space for new inspirations and creativity, let go or invite something new.


Mindfulness can help us be more aware of our body, how it feels and what we need to be happier, more relaxed and in the present moment.


Our breath connects us deeper with the healing forces available in our body, replenishes, and balances our energy levels, and nervous systems.


Grounding and centering can make us more resilient and deepen our connection with resources available in times of stress or imbalance.
